RollsPack Refund Policy

RollsPack will provide a refund in the event that your product is not of acceptable quality (as defined by the Australian Consumer Law). Acceptable quality means that the product is fit for the purposes it is commonly supplied, acceptable in appearance and finish, free from defects and is safe and durable. Please note that we do not provide refunds in the event consumers change their mind about the purchase. Customer is required to send products back to 81-89 Malcolm Road, Braeside, Melbourne, Victoria 3195 within 7 days of receipts of goods at their own expense.
