Using Solar to Make Our Facility 100% Energy Efficient (Daylight Hours)

At RollsPack, sustainability is at the core of our operations, and our solar panel installation is a testament to this commitment. Our manufacturing facility is now 100% energy efficient during daylight hours, powered entirely by solar energy. This significant investment not only reduces our carbon footprint but also allows us to operate in an eco-friendly manner, aligning with our goal to create sustainable packaging solutions. By harnessing renewable energy, we’re proud to contribute to a cleaner environment while maintaining the high-quality production standards our clients rely on.

Recycling Waste and Repurposing Energy

At RollsPack, we believe in maximising sustainability at every stage of our manufacturing process. We recycle the waste generated during production, ensuring that as much material as possible is reused and diverted from landfill. Our commitment goes even further, with innovative systems in place to capture and repurpose the heat generated by our machines, reducing energy consumption and enhancing overall efficiency. This holistic approach to sustainability reflects our dedication to creating eco-friendly packaging solutions while minimising our environmental impact across every aspect of our operations.

Supporting The Community

Giving back is important to us at RollsPack. We feel it’s our duty to be active within our community by assisting the various groups, schools, clubs and charities that are connected to our wonderful local area. We’ve been supporting ‘Kids Undercover’ for over twenty years with their mission to end youth homelessness.
