RollsPack Wins Five Awards at the 2026 FPLMA Print Awards

RollsPack received five awards at the 2026 Flexible Packaging and Label Manufacturers Association (FPLMA) Print Awards, taking home three Gold and two Silver awards across flexographic and gravure printing categories.

The awards were presented during the FPLMA Gala Ball in Melbourne on 28 August 2026. The results recognise the quality, consistency and technical work involved in producing flexible packaging for some of Australia’s best-known food brands.

Three Gold Awards

RollsPack received Gold for the following packaging entries.

Carman’s Toasted Muesli

Gold – Flexo Wide Web
Reverse Print Film, Line & Process

The Carman’s Toasted Muesli packaging was recognised in the Flexo Wide Web category. The design combines detailed product imagery, fine text and strong brand colours across reverse-printed film.

Reverse printing places the ink on the inside surface of the film, allowing the design to be viewed through the material. When the film is laminated, the printed surface is protected from rubbing, moisture and handling throughout transport and use.

Blue Lake Milling Organic Steel Cut Oats

Gold – Narrow Web
Reverse Print Film, Line & Process

The Blue Lake Milling Organic Steel Cut Oats packaging received Gold in the Narrow Web category.

Producing clear text, controlled colour and detailed graphics within a narrower print format requires accurate registration throughout the production run. The result is packaging that communicates the product information clearly while maintaining a clean and consistent appearance.

Kettle Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream

Gold – Gravure Flexible Packaging
Colour Process

Kettle Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream received Gold in the Gravure Flexible Packaging category.

The pack features strong colour, detailed food photography and distinctive Kettle branding. Gravure printing supports consistent colour density and repeatability, making it well suited to high-volume flexible packaging where the finished packs need to remain consistent throughout the production run.

Two Silver Awards

RollsPack also received Silver for two further packaging entries.

CC’s Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza

CC’s Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Silver Award packaging

Silver – Flexo Wide Web
Reverse Print Film, Line & Process

The CC’s Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza packaging received Silver in the Flexo Wide Web category.

The design brings together bright brand colours, product photography, promotional text and detailed graphic elements. Maintaining accurate registration and consistent colour across these elements is an important part of producing a strong result on the finished pack.

Kettle Ridge Cut Himalayan Pink Salt

Silver – Gravure Flexible Packaging
Colour Process

Kettle Ridge Cut Himalayan Pink Salt received Silver in the Gravure Flexible Packaging category.

The packaging uses a darker colour palette, detailed product imagery and fine typography. The gravure process helps maintain the colour depth and image consistency required for the design across a full production run.

Recognition Across Different Printing Processes

Receiving awards across Flexo Wide Web, Narrow Web and Gravure Flexible Packaging demonstrates the range of printing processes used by the RollsPack team.

Each category comes with different production requirements. Reverse-printed film involves printing the design on the inside of a transparent film, while line and process work combines solid graphic elements and fine text with process-colour imagery.

Gravure printing requires careful control of colour, ink coverage and registration to produce a consistent result across longer production runs.

These five awards reflect the work carried out across artwork preparation, prepress, colour management, printing, production and quality control. Every stage has an effect on the appearance and performance of the finished packaging.

Thank You to Our Team and Customers

These results were made possible by the people involved at every stage of each project, from artwork and prepress through to printing, production and quality assurance.

We also thank Carman’s, Blue Lake Milling and Snack Brands Australia for trusting RollsPack with their packaging. Strong packaging outcomes come from clear communication, careful planning and a shared focus on producing the best possible finished result.

Congratulations to everyone at RollsPack who contributed to these award-winning entries.
